You will be paid a competitive base salary with the opportunity to receive bonus/commission payments. All consultants have a set of key performance indicators relative to the business in which they work, these are discussed with your manager on a daily basis and used to track and improve your performance. In addition we have a bi-annual appraisal which gives you the opportunity to discuss, among other things, your long-term career plans.
As well as attending your regional consultant development programme, you will also receive one-to-one support from your manager, including on desk coaching and shadowing and localised workshop sessions for key recruitment skills.
Successful applicants will be required to attend either an interview or assessment centre, along with the opportunity to spend some time with the team you will potentially join on the operating floor and a meeting with the relevant business MD.
